William Quigley

William Quigley, Jr., Esq.

Principal & Founder

Bill is a practicing attorney with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, tax and trial work representing developers, REIT’s, banks, landlords and tenants. Prior to starting Greystone, Bill ran his own practice, was a partner with Quigley, O’Connor & Carnathan and a lawyer at Bingham Dana & Gould. Bill holds a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Outside of the office, Bill is a paassionate advocate for foster care, a founder of Marblehead Youth Basketball and Softball, and often found on his boat fishing and pulling lobster traps with his wife, Betsy, and their four children.

Andrew Borggaard

Chief Operating Officer

Andy is the founder of BearBrook Group which pairs seed investment with advisory services for early-stage businesses. BearBrook is an investor in Greystone and Andy provides strategic, operational and financial management for the company. Prior to BearBrook, Andy was an executive with Eze Software Group and served as Deputy General Counsel with Genuity, a corporate lawyer at Ropes & Gray and a C.P.A at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Andy holds a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. Andy volunteers at several non-profit organizations, is an avid alpine skier in the winter, and toils at his golf game in warmer months.

Ann has over 11 years of experience in commercial real estate including portfolio management, financial analysis, marketing, and lease administration. At Greystone, Ann’s focus is on client services and creating customized reporting and analytics dashboards for clients. Prior to joining Greystone, Ann worked as Account Coordinator for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Boston. Ann holds a B.A. in Spanish and Business from St. Lawrence University. Ann loves to ski and spend time at the beach with her two sons and husband and is on the Board of the Marblehead Family Fund.

Pam has over 20 years experience in building and developing meaningful client relationships. Prior to joining Greystone, Pam worked as a Business Development Representative for Mac + Lee. Pam was formerly a Director of Institutional Sales for UBS and held similar roles with Dillon Read & Co. and Kemper Securities. Pam holds a B.A. from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Outside of the office, Pam enjoys travel and spending time with husband, Jim, and her three children.
